Beschreibung
Aparthotel Oberhof is located at 820 m directly on the Rennsteig trail in the Thuringian Forest. We serve our guests – hikers, cyclists, winter sports enthusiasts, families and groups – with breakfast and dinner buffets as part of half board, as well as at celebrations and conferences.
For our kitchen and restaurant, we are looking for a personality who takes full responsibility for both – with a permanent contract, accommodation and meals.
Aufgaben
* Managing the kitchen: menu planning, food preparation and consistent quality
* Purchasing, stock management and food cost control
* Compliance with HACCP and hygiene standards
* Organising and managing the restaurant
* Leading and scheduling the kitchen and service team
* Planning buffets, celebrations and conference catering
* Active involvement in daily operations
Anforderungen
* Completed vocational training as a chef/cook
* Several years of professional experience, ideally in a leading role (head chef, sous chef or sole chef)
* Experience with buffets and half board is an advantage
* Cost awareness, organisational skills and enjoyment of leadership
* German at least B2, English is an advantage
