Aparthotel Oberhof is located at 820 m directly on the Rennsteig trail in the Thuringian Forest. We serve our guests – hikers, cyclists, winter sports enthusiasts, families and groups – with breakfast and dinner buffets as part of half board, as well as at celebrations and conferences.
You are a trained chef who enjoys working independently and wants to take the next step? With us, you take responsibility for kitchen and restaurant – with a permanent contract, accommodation and meals.
Aufgaben
* Independent management of the hotel kitchen
* Planning and preparing breakfast and dinner buffets as well as food for celebrations and conferences
* Purchasing, receiving goods and food cost control
* Compliance with HACCP and hygiene standards
* Organising the restaurant together with the service team
* Guiding and scheduling kitchen and service staff
Anforderungen
* Completed vocational training as a chef/cook
* Several years of professional experience, e.g. as chef de partie, sous chef or sole chef
* Desire to take responsibility for the kitchen and the team
* Independent, structured and cost-conscious way of working
* Experience with buffets and half board is an advantage
* German at least B2, English is an advantage
