In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in ensuring a professional and warm welcome. You will handle all front desk duties—from check-in and check-out to payment processing and providing expert assistance to our guests—and ensure that daily hotel operations run smoothly.
We offer you a diverse, three-year apprenticeship program in accordance with the applicable guidelines of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). During your apprenticeship, you will gain in-depth professional knowledge and practical experience in all relevant areas of hotel front desk operations and will be thoroughly prepared for your vocational certification.
Aufgaben
• Check-out/check-in for hotel guests
• Processing payments and handling cash transactions
• Performing duties at the front desk and reception
• Assisting guests with their requests and ensuring excellent customer service
• Assisting with day-to-day operations at the hotel front desk
Anforderungen
• Each additional language at the B1 level entitles you to a salary bonus of €50 per month
• Demonstrable practical experience as a receptionist or any other type of experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• A professional demeanor and a positive attitude
